We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 6-17 business days from the date that it is placed.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing


It normally takes 6-17 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipment takes 6-17 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or any holidays.

There can be occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time. We are not responsible for these delays.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. 

We are not liable for these charges, and they, unfortunately, can not be reimbursed or refunded by Sandie Cheeks.
